Storage & organisation
Clip-lid boxes, under-bed cases, vented crates, wardrobe cubes, shoe boxes.
Singapore plastic houseware manufacturer · Injection moulding since 2006
Storage boxes and drawer towers, food keepers, laundry baskets, buckets, pedal bins, dish racks, organiser trays and stacking stools. ELTURONLABS moulds, assembles and packs all of it in-house in Tuas, Singapore, in food-grade PP, HDPE and recycled PCR — then ships it to 55+ countries.
What we make
Everything below is injection-moulded plastic for the home — no metal frames, no rattan, no imports we relabel. Pick a family to see the typical shapes, sizes and the resin we recommend for it.
Clip-lid boxes, under-bed cases, vented crates, wardrobe cubes, shoe boxes.
Two- to five-tier drawer towers, desktop mini-chests, castor utility carts.
Airtight food keepers, cereal canisters, lunch boxes, dish racks, cutlery trays.
Laundry baskets and hampers, wringer buckets, wash bowls, pegs, hangers, caddies.
Pedal bins, swing bins, recycling sets, toilet brush holders, vanity organisers.
Stacking stools and chairs, step stools, side tables, shoe benches, kids' seats.
The resin itself
Most buyers arrive knowing the shape and the price point but not the polymer. This is the short version — our engineers confirm the grade, the wall thickness and the flow before the mould is cut.
Food keepers · baskets · crates · anything with a living hinge
Microwave and dishwasher safe. Our default for anything that meets food or heat.
Buckets · wash bowls · waste bins · flexible tubs
Stays tough in a cold garage and shrugs off detergent, bleach and knocks.
Clear canisters · vanity organisers · drawer fronts you see through
Chosen when the shopper has to see the contents through the wall. Not for the dishwasher.
Storage boxes · bins · crates · retail sustainability programs
Non-food-contact parts today; food-contact rPP available on request with the matching declaration.

How a piece is made
Eight steps, all under one roof in Tuas. Nothing is subcontracted except the steel roughing on very large moulds.
Pellets and masterbatch are dried and dosed by a central conveying system — no hand-scooped hoppers.
Masterbatch is metered to a Pantone or RAL target and signed off against a physical plaque before the run.
88 T to 1,600 T presses, 1–8 cavities, cycle times from 14 s. Every shot is pressure-profiled.
Conformal cooling on the high-runners keeps warp inside 0.3 % so lids still seat after six months in a warehouse.
Gate trimming, gasket insertion, hinge pinning, castor and handle fitting on a moving line.
In-mould labelling, heat transfer, pad print or embossed logo direct in the steel.
AQL 2.5 sampling on dimensions, load, seal and colour, plus a 100 % visual pass on clear parts.
Parts are nested to cut air out of the carton — typically 20–30 % more units per container than a flat pack.
The plant
Houseware means big, thin, hollow shapes on short cycles. The plant is laid out for exactly that — long clamp strokes, wide platens, robot take-out and a nesting line that feeds the carton directly.
OEM & ODM
Around 60 % of what leaves the plant is made to a customer's own design. The other 40 % starts as a conversation about a gap on a shelf.
3D modelling, mould-flow simulation, DFM report, then P20 or 718H steel cut in our own shop. T1 samples in 25–35 days; the mould is yours and stays documented under your part number.
Pantone and RAL matching, translucent or solid, matte or high-gloss, soft-touch overmould, leather and linen textures etched into the cavity.
In-mould labelling for photographic wraps, heat transfer for gradients, pad print for small marks, or your logo embossed straight into the steel at no per-piece cost.
Header cards, sleeves, shrink bundles, printed colour cartons, barcode and country-of-origin labelling, retail-ready display pallets. We hold your artwork files.
Send it over. You get a DFM read, a mould quote and a piece price — usually within two working days.
Quality
Lids stop sealing, hinges snap, handles tear out, colours fade, legs splay, bins crack in the cold. Each has a test on our floor and a report in your file.
Loaded to rated capacity, dropped five times from 1.2 m onto concrete, corners and base.
Stools and stacked boxes held at 150 kg for 24 h; permanent deflection under 2 mm.
Living hinges and clip lids opened and closed 20,000 times on a rig, then re-checked for seal.
Food keepers inverted full of dyed water for 12 h, and vacuum-checked for lid gasket contact.
300 dishwasher cycles at 70 °C, plus 48 h at −20 °C followed by a drop, for warp and embrittlement.
Overall migration to EU 10/2011, heavy metals, BPA screening, and 300 h of xenon-arc colour fastness.
Where it ships
Share of last year's export volume by destination, shipped out of Singapore. Documentation, labelling and pallet standards are handled per region.
FAQ
2,000 pieces per item per colour on existing moulds, and 1,000 on large items such as drawer towers and stools. Mixed colours in one order are fine as long as each colour reaches 500 pieces — below that the purge waste costs more than the parts.
A single-cavity houseware mould runs roughly USD 3,500–28,000 depending on size, cavitation and slide count. You pay for it, so you own it: it stays in our shop under your part number, and you can call it back at any time. Mould cost is often rebated against the first two production orders.
All food-contact items are moulded in virgin food-grade PP with FDA 21 CFR and EU 10/2011 declarations, and are BPA free. Non-food items may use recycled PCR. We never mix the two resin streams — separate silos, separate conveying lines.
Yes — 30 % to 100 % post-consumer PP or PE, GRS-traceable with transaction certificates. It is limited to solid colours, since PCR carries a grey base tint that clear and pastel parts cannot hide. Expect a small mechanical property drop, which we compensate for with wall thickness.
25–35 days for a new mould to T1 samples, then 30–40 days for mass production after sample approval. Repeat orders on existing moulds ship in 20–25 days. Peak season (August to October) adds about a week.
Existing items ship as free samples; you cover the courier. Custom items need the mould, so the sample is the T1 shot. We also send resin colour plaques and gasket swatches free so you can approve the look before steel is cut.
Yes — header cards, sleeves, shrink bundles, printed colour cartons, barcodes, country-of-origin labels and retail-ready display pallets. Send artwork as vector files with 3 mm bleed; we return a printed proof before the run.
FOB Singapore by default, loaded at PSA Tuas Port; EXW, CIF and DDP on request. Housewares are bulky, so nesting matters more than weight — we quote loading plans in cartons per 40 HQ, and normally fit 20–30 % more than a flat-packed equivalent.
